WTCS has been providing services for survivors of domestic violence since 1976. Our services extend to Douglas, Franklin, and Jefferson Counties in Kansas. We are committed to the promotion of equality and respect for all people and work towards peace in the world by eliminating violence in our communties. Services include a women's shelter, court advocacy, crisis line, and support groups. For more information, please click on the Products tab.
