Eight killed in gas leak from freight train crash

Chemicals leak from the tanks of a derailed train in Graniteville, S.C. A Norfolk Southern freight train carrying chlorine gas struck a parked train early Thursday, killing eight people and injuring more than 240 others, authorities said. Most of the injured were treated for respiratory ailments and released, authorities said.
