Howard Dean addresses a crowd of about 1,000 Democrats at Liberty Hall. Dean, a former U.S. presidential candidate and now chairman of the Democratic National Committee, also visited the home of a Lawrence couple Friday, where donors gave $100 a head to the DNC.
