Believe it or not, the Jayhawk has never been used as a logo on Kansas University patrol cars. Until this past year, that is. "It is dramatically different from what we've had in the past," Ralph Oliver, director of the Public Safety Office, said of the logo he designed.

New program expands dining options at KU

Convenience and flexibility are the hallmarks of a new slate of on-campus dining options for Kansas University students, faculty and staff members. A program called KU Cuisine will allow members of the KU community to sign up for various meal plans that will let them eat not only at student dining centers, but also at the Kansas and Burge unions, the Underground (the newly redesigned and renamed Wescoe Terrace) and satellite locations across campus.

f you're thinking about displaying a lost, stolen or forged parking permit this year at Kansas University, you might want to think again. The parking department has increased the fine for displaying a faulty permit to $100 from $65.
