2004 General Election Voter Guide

More than 62,000 Douglas County residents are registered to vote in the Nov. 2 election, when voters will choose between Republican George Bush and Democrat John Kerry for president. Below and on the next two pages are profiles of the candidates in contested races in Douglas County. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 2. Advance voting continues until noon Nov. 1 at the Douglas County Courthouse.
